Barad-dûr Fuzzdrive

The Barad-dûr Fuzzdrive is a pedal that, in my opinion, sits nicely between a typical fuzz and overdrive pedal. It is tuned to get the most out of low tunings and bass. In standard tuning it's much tamer, but still sounds great.

It's a transistor based fuzz, featuring 3 stages and uses both Orange LED and Si diode clipping. The Si diodes are the same found in a DOD 250, and I think that there's definitely a 250-like sound that comes through.

As always, it is designed and handmade in house apart from the PCB. It features custom wood-inlayed knobs, acrylic details, and the eye knob glows when the pedal is active. The enclosure design is burned via laser, forged in fire for authentic Dark Lord tone.

This is my first foray into proper circuit design. I hope you enjoy it.

Controls:

Level: Increases Effect Volume - it is loud, you have been warned

Filter: A RAT style tone filter, turning the knob increases or decreases the amount of high frequencies in your tone

Eye: Rolling this knob off introduces a spluttering, gating fuzz effect
