Pickup Turn-around time

I'm a one person operation. I make all my own custom parts with laser cutting and 3D printing, and I don't rush on quality. There is nothing off the shelf here. With all the customizations available to you, I make and wind products to order. Turnaround can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the amount of orders I am working on, and I tend to ship out in batches. I thank you in advance for your patience, and I promise it's worth the wait. 

If need you a fast turn around, please leave me a note in the order and I will do my best to accommodate. 

Shipping:

I ship worldwide through Canada Post. Postage is generally:

-$15 tracked in Canada

-$20 tracked USA

-$25 worldwide, tracked when possible and affordable. In some cases tracking may not be available without an extra charge and would not be guaranteed at the $25 charge

*FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 USD IS TRACKED IN NORTH AMERICA. INTERNATIONAL IS TRACKED WHERE AVAILABLE AND WHERE TOTAL SHIPPING DOES NOT EXCEED $25 USD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GUARANTEE TRACKED SHIPPING, PLEASE SHOOT ME AN EMAIL BEFORE ORDERING SO I CAN CHECK SHIPPING FOR YOU. 

All prices on the site are in USD.

I don't ship with UPS or DHL as standard due to their high brokerage fees, but if you'd like an expedited order and are willing to risk fees on your end, drop me a note a with your order and I can arrange that. 

Returns:

I always want you to be happy with your purchase. If anything is wrong with your order, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right for you. 

For straight returns, just contact me within 3 days of package delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and refunds will be processed once I receive the item back.
